Wear Purple Day

Please join us and Mayor Joseph Petty at this ceremony honoring the victims of domestic violence over the past year. The event takes place behind City Hall at 10:30 a.m. There will be a moment of silence to honor the victims of domestic violence in Massachusetts over the last year, and the Mayor will be reading a Proclamation for Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

We encourage everyone to wear purple on this day to show their support for the victims and survivors of domestic violence and the observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
