Become a  fitness plan member at the YWCA’s Health and Wellness Center and receive access to the entire Health & Wellness Center including the indoor heated pool (84 F), steam room, fully equipped cardio and weight rooms, including a wide range of excitinggroup exercise classessuitable for all levels of fitness.

Joining Fees
All members are subject to a non-refundable $35 enrollment fee and membership dues.

The YWCA has a variety of fitness plans available to individuals and households.

Health & Wellness Center Hours

Mon.-Thu. 6:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
Fri. 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Sat. 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Sun. 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Locker rooms are accessible 15 minutes prior to center opening.
